| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性梗阻性左半结肠癌采用一期切除单层吻合技术的可行性.方法 对1999～2007年收治的63例急性梗阻性左半结肠癌患者,采用术中结肠灌洗、一期切除、单层间断内翻缝合吻合术.结果 63例患者均顺利完成左半结肠切除手术,且均未行预防性回肠或结肠造口.术后发生切口感染5例(7.9%),肺部感染3例(4.8%),吻合口漏2例(3.2%),经腹腔引流管引流、营养支持治愈,无吻合口狭窄及手术死亡.结论 对于左半结肠癌合并急性梗阻患者,采用一期左半结肠切除、单层吻合术,不仅可以避免二期手术给患者带来的诸多痛苦,而且是安全可行的.
