| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)、肺心病 (PHD)患者血浆内皮素 (ET)测定的临床价值。方法 采用放免法测定 2 8例COPD和 40例PHD的血浆ET水平 ,并与正常对照组对比。结果 COPD、PHD患者血浆ET浓度随病情加重升高明显。结论 血浆ET浓度可作为判断COPD、PHD病情轻重的指标

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of endothelin level in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and pulmonary heart diseasea(PHD).Methods Radioimmunoassay were used to measure the levels of endothelin in serum of 40 patients with PHD and 28 cases of COPD and compared with normal groups.Results The levels of endothelin were significantly increased in PHD and COPD than that in control group,and they were significantly increased in PHD than that in COPD group(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of endothelin may be considered as an index of the degree of patient's condition |
