| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical therapy effects of experiment on prostate hyperplasia and groin hernia with the ways of both transurethral resection of prostate plasma gasification (TUPKVP ) and laparoscopic hernia repair. Methods 22 cases of clinical materials for treating prostate hyperplasia and groin hernia were collected and combined. Results There were 22 successful cases without any relapse, hospitalization for 5 to 7 days. 4 cases with postoperation inguinal hematomas, it was cured after puncture pumping fluid. During the follow up of 8 to 24 months of the 22 patients no recurrence occured.Conclusion It proves to have safe and positive curative effect and worthy of clinical application. |
