腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术的护理对比研究

目的比较分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统的开腹胆囊切除术的护理方法，探讨两者的异同。方法选择我院2008年1月-2010年6月人院治疗的40例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者为观察组，并与同期行传统开腹胆囊切除术的40例患者（对照组）进行比较，根据两种术式的不同临床特点，分别对两组患者进行相应的护理。比较两组间护理方法的效果（包括术后体温、使用镇痛药的时间、切口感染人数、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和平均住院日）。结果观察组患者的术后体温、使用镇痛药的时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和平均住院日与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾病，患者恢复快、对应的护理方法相对于传统开腹切除术要简便易行，提高了护理质量，为患者减轻了痛苦。

Nursing care for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy nursing versus that for traditional open cholecystectomy

Objective To compare the nursing care for laparoscopic cholecystectomy with that for traditional open cholecystectomy. Methods 40 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2008 to July 2010 (study group) and another 40 undergoing open cholecystectomy (control group) were included in this study. Related nursing care was performed in the two groups based on the different procedures.The nursing effects including postoperative temperature, duration of analgetics use, number of incision infection, time to out-of-bed activity, time to anal flatus, and length of stay were compared. Results Postoperative temperature, duration of analgetics use, time to out-of-bed activity, time to anal flatus, and length of stay differed significantly between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy makes patients recover more rapidly. Nursing care for this procedure is simpler than that for open cholecystectomy and improves quality of nursing, resulting in relief of patients suffering.
