肺功能与慢性心力衰竭患者LVEF的关系

目的 探讨肺功能与慢性心力衰竭患者LVEF的关系.方法 选择2008年1月-2010年5月在本院进行治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者101例,指标根据LVEF水平分为两组：EF下降组（EF值＜50%）和EF正常组（EF值＞50%）.观察肺功能FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、FVC%及PEF%和TLCO-SB%在两组间的差异.结果 EF下降组肺功能的各项指标FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、FVC%及PEF%和TLCO-SB%分别为（1.39±0.7）、（1.10±0.5）、（66.2±11.9）、（66.5±17.8）、（61.2±16.9）、（61.4±16.2）;EF正常组的分别为（1.95±0.7）、（1.50±0.5）、（79.2±10.4）、（76.5±15.1）、（73.5±14.0）、（72.4±12.0）; EF下降组的各项肺功能指标均明显低于EF正常组,两组比较差异均有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 肺功能与LVEF存在相关性,可考虑采用肺功能指标作为心功能衰竭的间接测定指标.

Relationship between pulmonary function and the LVEF of chronic heart failure patients

Objective To investigate the correlation between pulmonary function and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in chronic heart failure(CHF) patients. Methods 101 patients from January 2008 to May 2010 in our hospital for heart failure treatment were chosen, and divided into two groups according to LVEF levels: EF decrease group (EF value of the "50%) and normal EF (EF values＞50%). Pulmonary function was observed FVC, FEV1, FEV 1%, FVC%, and PEF%, TLCO-SB% difference between the two groups. Results Compared with the EF value normal group, FVC, FEV1, FEV 1%,FVC% and PEF%, TLCO-SB% in EF value declined group had statistical significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion It has relationship between pulmonary function and LVEF of CHF patients. It can consider adopting lung function indexes as indirect indicators of heart failure indicators.
