蚕豆根尖微核试验在松花江水致突变性研究中的应用

摘    要:为了解松花江上下游水中污染物的致突变性。为综合评价松花江哈尔滨江段水质状况提供有效的生物监测方法,中哈尔滨松花江上下游设4个采样点,采集上述断面丰水期和枯水期的水样。此外,还以嫩江为对照组,采集水样。采用吞豆根尖微核试验测试其吞豆根尖细胞微核率和污染指数(PI)。结果显示:松花江哈尔滨江段,由于哈尔滨的工业废水和生活污水的大量排入,细胞微核率明显升高,枯水期水质污染明显严重重于丰水期。

Abstract:To study the mutagenicity of water pollutants in upper reaches and lower reaches of Songhua River,and explore an effective biological monitoring assay for evaluating the sanitary water quality of Harbin sections of Songhua River,the micronucleus rates of vicia faba root tip cells and pollutant indexes (PI) for water samples collected from 4 sampling locations regarded as polluted area in the upper reaches and lower reaches of Songhua River,and 1 sampling location in Nenjing River regarded as control area,were determined in higher flow period and lower flow period The results showed that large discharge amount of industrial and household discharge waste water to river resulted in higher micronucleus rates and more serious pollution in lower flow period compared with that in higher low period for the water of Harbin sections of Songhua River
