冬凌草的性状及显微鉴别

目的 为鉴别和进一步研究开发冬凌草提供方法依据.方法 采用石蜡切片法观察茎、叶的解剖结构,用水合氯醛透化法观察冬凌草茎叶粉末的显微特征,并观察其原植物和药材性状.结果 描述了冬凌草的原植物和药材性状的特征,确定了其茎叶及粉末的显微鉴别特征.结论 此研究结果可为冬凌草的鉴别和进一步开发利用冬凌草提供依据.
