| 摘 要： | 目的 观察健儿乐颗粒对CVA小鼠气道变应性炎症的改善作用,并探讨其作用机制.方法 选择雌性Balb/c小鼠,随机分为5组,用鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)抗原溶液腹腔注射致敏,雾化吸入激发制备哮喘小鼠模型,造模后观察小鼠哮喘发作急性期症状,监测血及BALF中IFN-γ-IL-4的含量变化,并进行肺组织病理学观察.结果 健儿乐颗粒能改善CVA小鼠肺病理学改变；健儿乐组肺泡灌洗液中的细胞计数与模型组相比,P＜0.05；健儿乐组肺泡灌洗液及血清中IL-4和IFN-γ含量的变化与模型组相比,P＜0.05.结论 健儿乐颗粒能通过抑制CVA小鼠的气道炎症,调节IFN-γ、IL-4等细胞因子等多个途径发挥预防作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Jianerle granule on allergic airway inflammation of the CVA mouse model and discuss its mechanism of action. Methods 50 healthy clean female Balb/c mice were randomly assigned to 5 groups. The IFN -γ ,IL -4 content in the blood and BALF and pathological observation was observed during the acute pe- riod of asthma symptoms after building the model. Results Jianerle Granule could improve CVA mouse lung pathology ; there was significant different between the cell count of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in Jianerle Granule group and patho- logical group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was significant different between IL -4 and IFN -γ of BALF and serum in Jianerle gran- ule group and pathological group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Jianerle granule could play a preventive role in inhibit CVA mouse airway inflammation, regulate IFN -γ, IL- 4 and other cytokines and so on. |
