丁丙诺啡，纳洛酮注射液超快速脱毒的临床研究

目的]探讨丁丙诺啡减轻纳洛酮（NLT）冲击疗法的戒断症状与不良反应的作用。方法]海洛因依赖者60例按纳洛酮冲击疗法程序进行快速脱毒，在纳洛酮液体内加用丁丙诺啡者为A组，不用丁丙诺啡者为B组，各30例。两组在冲击治疗期间及次日均静脉输氧一次。每天进行戒断症状与不良反应的观察与评定。治疗后次日全部进行纳曲酮长效缓释剂包理术。结果]A组患者在纳洛酮冲击治疗期间反应轻微，明显优于B组，生命体征多在正常范围内，且A组患者冲击治疗后戒断症状与不良反应明显低于B组（P〈0．01）。两组患者入院至冲击治疗时间平均2．4d，平均住院时间无显著性差异。结论]丁丙诺啡可减轻NLX冲击治疗戒断症状与不良反应，安全性高，很有临床实用价值。

Clinical Efficacy of Buprenorphine OR Reduction of Withdrawal Symptoms and Side Effects of Rapid and High Dose Naloxone Therapy

Objective]To explore the effect of buprenorphine on reduction of withdrawal symptoms and side effects of rapid and high dose naloxone（NLX） therapy. Methods]Sixty heroin dependence patients receiving routine rapid and high NLX therapy were divided into two groups. Group A （ n = 30） received NLX liquid combined with buprenorphine, and group B （ n = 30） received only NLX liquid. All cases in the two groups accepted Jingshuyang once a day and the next day. The withdrawal symptoms and side effects were observed and evaluated everyday. All patients accepted embedment of prolonged-action NLX in the next day after therapy. Results]The side effects and withdrawal symptoms were decreased significantly in group A （ P 〈0. 01）. The average time span from admission to naloxone treatment was 2.4 days. The average time span from admission to out-hospital between group A and B group cases had no statistical difference. Conclusion] Buprenorphine can reduce withdrawal symptoms and side effects of rapid and high dose NLX. It has important clinical value with more safe.
