| 摘 要： | 随着直接粘接技术的发展,临床医生将带有金属网面背板的颊面管直接粘接在支抗牙颊面,解决了粘接带环前需分牙和去除带环后支抗牙近远中留有间隙等缺点,这种直接粘接型颊面管的应用减少了医生的椅旁操作时间,避免了支抗牙的牙周损害,同时也满足了患者对美观和舒适感的要求。本文将对直接粘接型颊面管与带环的对比、临床使用现状、发展前景及其对直接粘接技术发展的要求作一综述。
