| 摘 要： | 采用彩色三维经颅多普勒（３Ｄ－ＴＣＤ）检测９３例脑震荡患者伤后４８小时以内与治疗后１４４小时后脑血流平均峰流值，结果伤后４８小时以内脑血流平均峰流速度较治疗后差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）提示脑震荡早期脑血流增强，后期逐渐回落的病理过程。应用２０％甘露醇、脑复康注射液治疗后，随脑血流回落，脑震荡的临床表现趋于消失。

| Abstract: | The average peak forword velocity of cerebral blood flow of 93 concussion brain patients are reported.Cerebral blood flow peak forword velocity 48 hours after injury shows significant differences from that 144 hours after treatment(P<0 05).The pathologic process that blood flow increased in early phase of concussion gradually reduced in later phase.20% Mannitol and Naofukang treatment reduced the cerebral blood flow,the clinical manifestations tended to disappear. |
