| 摘 要： | 本文通过以术中直接测量的二尖瓣口面积（ＭＶＡ）作为对照标准评价了彩色多普勒血流会聚法（ＦＣ）在二尖瓣狭窄（ＭＳ）定量中的价值与地位，并结合非手术患者与二维求积仪法（２－ＤＥ）及多普勒压力减半时间法（Ｐ１／２Ｔ）测量的ＭＶＡ进行了准确性和重复性的比较。结论：血流会聚法和２－ＤＥ法均可以准确测量ＭＶＡ，而ＦＣ法的重复性最佳。同时体会到瓣叶夹角（θ）的准确测量亦是影响会聚法准确性的关键之一。

| Abstract: | The accuracy of color Doppler flow convergence(FC)method was used to estimate mitrl valve area(MVA)in mitral stenosis(MS)which was measured directly during valvular replacement operation as reference standard.The repetitions of the FC method,the two dimensional echocardiography(2 DE)and the Doppler pressure half time(P1/2T)were compared one another in sinus rhythm patients to evaluate the reliability of FC.We concluded that FC can estimate MVA more accurately and reliably for MS. |
