二维及彩色多普勒超声在亚急性甲状腺炎诊断及疗效判断中的作用

本文对４０例经病理或经典型临床表现及治疗经过明确诊断的亚急性甲状腺炎（亚甲炎）患者进行了二维超声（２Ｄ）及彩色多普勒显像（ＣＤＩ）检查，发现所有患者甲状腺内均出现限局性或弥漫性回声不均匀减低改变并伴有压痛，所有病变部位内的血流信号均较丰富，其内的动脉血流为低阻低速的特点，病变侧甲状腺上动脉收缩期最高流速限局型与正常接近，弥漫型略高于正常。本文同时对１７例患者行治疗后超声随访，其病变部位最终完全消失或仅残留小片状回声略减低区。结果表明，亚甲炎的２Ｄ及ＣＤＩ表现有助于临床对此病的诊断及疗效判断

The Value of Two dimensional Ultrasonography and Color Doppler Imaging in Diagnosis and Follow up of Subacute Thyroiditis

Forty subacute thyroiditis(SAT)patients were studied with two dimensional ultrasonography(2D)and color Doppler imaging(CDI),and compared with 30 normal subjects.All the patients showed either focal or diffuse hypoechogenicity of the thyroid lobes with pain on palpation.With color Doppler,all the lesions showed slight hypervascularity with arterial low blood flow velocity and resistance index.The peak systolic velocities of the superior thyroid artery were normal in the lobes with focal lesions and increased in those with diffused hypoechogenicity.17 patients reexamined during the course of treatment showed complete disappearance of the hypoechoicarea or only slight focal hypoechogenicity left.We suggest that 2D and CDI findings are helpful in diagnosis and follow up of subacute thyroiditis.
