| 摘 要： | 附睾炎是常见的男性生殖系疾病。附睾位置表浅，高频超声检查清晰敏感。对１８例附睾炎附睾Ｂ超图像分析的结果表明，Ｂ超诊断附睾炎的敏感性为８４．６％，准确性为８３．３％，特异性为５７．１％。本文从病理解剖学角度对附睾炎的超声特征作了详细的解释，并论述了超声在附睾炎的诊断和治疗随访中的价值。

| Abstract: | High resolution ultrasound is a choice for sensitive detection of epididymitis,which is one of the common diseases of male reproductive system.Analysis of the epididymis sonograms of 18 cases,aged 18 66 years,showed the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity being 83 3%,84 6% and 57 1% respectively.Ultrasonography and clinical menifestations should be closely surveyed in diagnosis and follow up. |
