超声诊断下肢静脉病变的价值

本文报告运用超声检查临床疑下肢静脉病变４２例，均作出有无深静脉血栓的明确诊断，其中检出２６例２８条下肢深静脉有血栓形成（双侧２例；单侧２４例，发生于左侧１９例，右侧５例）；２例深静脉瓣膜功能不全，２例股隐静脉瓣膜功能不全，３例单纯性下肢静脉曲张；２例静脉炎；７例除外下肢静脉病变。下肢深静脉血栓形成有一定的声像特征，二维和彩色多普勒超声结合检出敏感性高，可作血栓定位、定范围和管腔阻塞程度，亦可观察有无侧支和交通支开放。除外深静脉血栓者加站立位检查可观察静脉瓣功能，有助于诊断下肢静脉曲张及选择治疗方案

The Values of Ultrasound Imaging in Diagnosis of Lower Extremity Venous Disease

Forty two patients suspected lower extremity venous disease were studied by using color ultrasound imaging device.Among them 26 patients with deep venous thrombosis,4 patients with venous valve insufficiency,3 patients with simple varicosis,2 patients with venous inflammation were diagnosed.In the remaining patients,lower extremity venous disease was excluded.We described the US features of normal lower extremity veins,the deep venous thrombosis and the insufficiency.Ultrasonography is superior to venography,a method of choice for diagnosing lower extremity venous disease.
