银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变40例临床分析

目的 :观察银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病 (DPND)的疗效。方法 :将 80例DP ND患者随机分成 2组 ,各 4 0例 ,对照组采用DPND的常规治疗方法 ,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用银杏达莫注射液治疗 ,每日静滴 2 0ml,用药 8周。结果 :治疗 8周后 ,银杏达莫治疗组对改善DPND患者的肢体疼痛、麻木、感觉异常等临床症状的总有效率为 6 9.2 % ,较对照组 4 7.5 %有非常显著性差异(P <0 .0 1 ) ,对神经传导速度的改善率 5 0 .0 % ,较对照组 2 7.5 %有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗后治疗组血液粘度明显改善。无明显不良反应。结论 :银杏达莫注射液对改善DPND患者的临床症状有明显疗效 ,且可以改善神经传导速度及血液粘度。是有效的DPND治疗药物。

Clinical analysis for Ginkgo- Dipyidamolum in treating 40 cases with diabetic peripheral nerve diseases

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum on the patients with diabetic peripheral nerve diseases (DPND). Methods: 80 patients with DPND were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in group A (control group) were treated by routine therapy; 40 patients in group B(treatment group), on the treatment basis of group A, were treated with Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum by intravenous infusions , 20 ml daily for 8 week . Results: The total effective rate in improving the clinical symptoms was 75.0% in group B and 53.6% in group A . There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01) .The improvement rate for nerve conduction velocity (NCV) was 53.6% in group B , compared with 21.4% in group A , the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01) .After treat , the effective rate in improving the blood stickiness was significant in treatment group . The effect of Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum was not observed in all patients . Conclusion : Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum is effective in improving the clinical symptoms ? NCV and blood stickiness of DPND patients.
