音乐对情绪影响的脑电机制初探

音乐是＂直接表达人的感情的艺术＂,对人的情绪、情感的发展有着重要的影响和促进作用。音乐引起情绪反应的脑机制研究已成为发展认知神经科学、教育学和心理学等领域的热点之一。本文首先探寻音乐与情绪的关联,继而重点探讨音乐对情绪影响的脑电机制,发现：①音乐对情绪的影响可能与额叶、颞叶和顶叶的EEG活动相关,且脑电的变化更多集中在额区;②音乐能激活脑内情感回路,包括边缘系统和旁边缘的构造;③不同类型的音乐对情绪的影响存在差异,即音乐的类型不同,大脑产生的兴奋模式也不同。在此基础上,还介绍了音乐对特殊儿童的治疗作用。

Research on EEG mechanisms of music influence emotions

Music,＂an art of direct expression of human feelings＂,has an important impact on the development of emotion.The research on brain mechanism of music evoking emotion has become a hot issue in the fields of developmental cognitive neuroscience,education,and psychology.The paper explored the relationship between music and brain,and put emphasis on discussing the EEG mechanisms of music evoking emotion.The results showed that： ①The influence of music on emo-tion might be related to the EEG activities in the frontal,temporal and parietal lobes,especially the frontal lobe.②Music could activate brain′s emotion circuits,including limbic system and paralimbic structure.③ The influences of different types of music on emotion were different,which meaned when music was different,the excitation patterns generated by brain were also different.On this basis,the effects of music therapy on special children were also discussed.
