癌症高表达蛋白在原发性肝癌中的表达及意义

【目的】研究癌症高表达蛋白（Hec 1）在原发性肝细胞肝癌（HCC）中的表达和意义。【方法】采用免疫组化sABc的方法检测15例正常肝组织、20例癌旁组织及30例HCC组织中Hec1蛋白的表达水平并进行比较。【结果】在正常肝、癌旁组织及HCC组织中，Hec1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为0％、25％、66．7％，各组织中Hec1蛋白的表达相比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Hec1蛋白的表达与HCC的Ed—mondson分级、侵袭转移显著相关。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】Hec1的表达与HCC的Ed—mondson分级、侵袭转移显著相关，Hec1蛋白的过度表达可能在HCC的发生和发展中起重要作用，且对HCC的诊断及预后有重要的参考价值。

Expression of Hec 1 Protein in Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Significance

Objective]To investigate the expression of Hec 1 protein in primary hepatoceltular carcinoma （HCC） and its significance. Methods]The expression of Hec 1 in 15 normal liver tissues, 20 para-carcinoma tissues and 30 HCC tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry staining（SABC method）. Results]No expression of Hec 1 was detected in normal liver tissues. The positive rate of Hec 1 protein expression in paracarcinoma tissues and HCC tissues was 25 %and 66.7%, respectively. The differences were significant （ P 0.05）. The expression level of Hec 1 was closely related to Edmondson grade and metastasis of HCC （ P 0.05）. ConclusionlThe expression level of Hec 1 is closely related to Edmondson grade and metastasis of HCC. It is indicated that the overexpression of Hec 1 may play a crucial role in the genesis and development of HCC. It also has important value in the diagnosis and prognosis of HCC.
