抗—TTV—IgM检测肝病患者TTV感染状况及意义

目的：了解新型肝炎病毒TTV在肝病患者中感染情况及其致病性，方法：采用ELISA方法检测235例各种肝病患者血清中的抗－TTV－IgM，结果：健康体检人群，甲型肝炎和丙型肝炎患者血清中抗－TTV－IgM阳性率分别为9．3％，16．7％，和9．3％,三组之间相比无显著性差异（P＞0．05），非甲－庚型肝炎，乙型肝炎，肝硬化和肝癌患者血清中抗－TTV－IgM阳性率分别为31．6％，26．9％，32．1％和36．4％,显著高于健康体检人群（P＜01），结论：TTV可能是导致非甲－庚型肝炎的重要病原，TTV的感染及复制可能是慢性肝病的发展原因之一。

Significance of Serum Anti-TTV-IgM Detection in Patients with Liver Diseases

Objective: To investigate the incidence of TTV infection in patients with liver d iseases, and analyze its pathogenesis. Methods: ELISA was used in the detection of serum Anti TTV IgM in 235 serum samples from various types of liver disease s. Results: The positive rates of serum Anti TTV IgM were 9.3%, 16.7% and 9.3% ,respectively, in routine medical check up persons, hepatitis A and hepatitis C patients.No significant difference was shown among these groups ( P >0.05); However, th e positive rates of serum Anti TTV IgM were 31.6%, 26.9%, 32.1% and 36.4%,resp ectively, in patients with non A to G hepatitis, hepatitis B, cirrhosis and hepa tocellular carcinoma which were significantly higher than those of routine medic al check up persons( P <0.01). Conclusion: TTV might be an important pathogen for non A to G hepatitis; TTV infection and replication might be a cause of deve lopment of chronic liver diseases.
