高同型半胱氨酸血症与高血压肾病的相关性研究

目的探讨高同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine，HCY）血症与高血压肾病的相关性。方法根据血清HCY水平将高血压患者分为非H型高血压组（参照组）和H型高血压组（目标组）。分别留取24小时尿液进行24h尿微量白蛋白（urinarymicroalbumin，UMA）含量的检测，并对取得的数值进行统计分析。结果H型高血压组的24h尿微量白蛋白含量阳性率明显高于非H型高血压组（P〈0．01）；在H型高血压组中24h尿微量白蛋白含量随HCY水平的升高而增加。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症与高血压肾病有关，可作为高血压肾病的早期预测指标之一。

Study on the Correlation between Hyperhomocysteinemia and Hypertensive Nephropathy

Objective To explore the correlation of hypertensive nephropathy to hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods Hypertension patients were divided into two groups according to their level of serum HCY. The control group consisted of hypertension patients without hyperhomocysteinemia, while the experimental group consisted of hypertension patients with hyperhomocysteinemia. Both groups were required to finish the quantitative micro albumin examination of their 24 hours＇ urine. All data was processed and statistical analysis was done by SPSS 19. 0. Findings The level of urinary micro albumin was apparently higher in the control group than that in the expermiental group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The serum HCY level was positively correlated with the urinary micro albumin. Conclusion There is a correlation between hyperhomocysteinemia and hypertensive nephropathy. Hyperhomocysteinemia should be regarded as a predictor of early stage hypertensive nephropathy.
