拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗重症妊娠高血压疗效及对分娩结局的影响

目的分析拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁对妊娠高血压综合征（Pregnancyinducedhypertensionsyndrome，PIH）产妇母婴结局的影响。方法将89例重症PIH产妇随机分为两组，两组均给予硫酸镁解痉治疗，A组45例加用拉贝洛尔降压，B组44例加用硝苯地平降压，观察两组血压变化及分娩结局。结果用药后A组平均动脉压、24h尿蛋白水平低于B组（P〈0．05）；A组剖宫产率及产后出血发生率低于B组（P〈0．05）；两组早产、胎心异常、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗PIH，可有效控制血压及尿蛋白，改善母婴预后。

The clinical effects of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate on birth outcomes and severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Objective To evaluate the effects of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate on birth outcomes pregnancy induced hypertension （PIH）. Methods 89 cases of severe PIH were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given magnesium sulfate for antispasmodic. 45 cases in group A were treated with labetalol, while 44 cases in group B were treated with nifedipine. Blood pressure changes and birth outcomes were observed. Findings After treatment, MAP, 24h urinary protein levels of group A were lower than those of B group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; rate of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage of group A were lower than that of B group （P 〈 0.05） ; The difference in incidence rate of preterm delivery, fetal abnormalities, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia between the two groups were not significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of PIH can control blood pressure and urine protein effectively, and thus hring about desirable maternal and neonatal outcomes.
