| 摘 要： | 我们用Ｄｏｐｐｌｅｒ法测得一种指标，即从房室瓣血流及心室身血血流频谱中，求得Ｔｅｉ ｉｎｄｅｘ值。并与临床心功能对比，讨论该指标的意义。结果该指数与心功能之间有一定关系，在人群间的重迭程度小，并且，指数与心率，二尖瓣返流程度无明显关系。

| Abstract: | Obfective A kind of index can be measured by using Doppler,viz,the result of Tei index can be obtained by the blood flow spectrum of atrioventricular valve and ventricalar ejection.Methods: Tei index is obtained by the sum of isovolumetric relaxation time(IRT)and isovolumetric contraction time (ICT)/ejection time(ET) .Tei index contrast with heart function (NYHA)to study the significance of the index Result and Conclusion There is a relation between the index and NYHA,the index is definitely little overlap The index has no pelation with heart rate and the degrgee of mitral regurgitation. |
