| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大鼠血中半夏泻心汤小檗碱含量与胃运动关系.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠血中半夏泻心汤小檗碱含量;通过测定大鼠胃内标记物葡聚糖篮的胃内残留率,观察半夏泻心汤对大鼠胃排空作用的影响,分析二者之间的相关性.结果:半夏泻心汤对大鼠胃排空有明显的促进作用(P＜0.01);相关分析表明,大鼠血中半夏泻心汤小檗碱含量与半夏泻心汤对大鼠胃排空作用之间存在着正相关(r=0.68,P＜0.05).结论:小檗碱可能是半夏泻心汤促进胃运动的物质基础之一.

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the relationship between berberine content of Banxiaxiexin Decoction in rat serum and gastric motility. METHODS:Berberine content of Banxiaxiexin Decoction was determined by HPLC; Gastric residue was observed in all the rats with a marker of dextran blue 2000 to determine the capacity of gastric evacuation. RESULTS: Banxiaxiexin Decoction markly promoted gastric evacuation ( P <0.01); There was positive correlation ( r=0.68,P<0.05) between berberine content of Banxiaxiexin Decoction in rat serum and gastric motility. CONCLUSION: Berberine may be one of effective components of Banxiaxiexin Decoction in promotion of kinetogenic capacity of the stomach. |
