灵芝孢子粉对大鼠长期毒性研究

观察连续重复给予灵芝孢子粉对大鼠产生的毒性反应.选大鼠80只,随机分为4组,每组20只,实验设低、中、高3个剂量组和1个对照组,连续灌胃给药30 d,每周称体重1次,停药后测试大鼠血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数及病理组织学变化.结果：各剂量组大鼠各项生化指标、血常规均在正常值范围内,对受检脏器进行组织病理学检查,未见特异性病变.结论：灵芝孢子粉4.50 g/kg剂量大鼠连续服用30 d为无毒剂量.

Study about the Long-Term Toxic Efects of Ganoderma Spores on Rats

To observe the toxic reaction of Ganoderma spores on rats.80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 20 each,i.e.blank group and 3 treating groups.The low,middle and high dosages of Ganoderma spores were perfused respectively to the three treating groups for 30 days continuously and the body weight of rats were measured weekly.The hematological and biochemical indexes,organ coefficient and pathohistology change were tested after stopping administration.Results: No evident abnormal change of every index was observed in every group.Conclusion: Administrating the dosage of 4.50g/kg of Ganoderma spores to rats for 30 days is safe.
