石油油气接触工人尿硫醚排出量的研究

摘    要:目的:了解尿硫醚作为石油油气接触工人生物监测指标的意义。方法:参照Vainio方法的基本原理加以改进,测定220名长期接触石油油气的工人和213名不接触职业性有毒有害因素的对照者尿硫醚含量。结果:石油油气接触工人尿中硫醚排量较对照组增高;随着油气接触水平的增高,尿硫醚排出量未见增加;尿硫醚排出量无明显性别差异;吸烟可增加硫醚排量。结论:尿硫醚可作为一个群体接触亲电化合物的生物监测指标。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of the investigation was to evaluate the urinary thioether as a biomonitoring parameter for workers exposed to petroleum vapour.Method:The urinary thioether excretion from 220 workers exposed to petroleum vapour and 213 controls was determined with the Vainio'method with a modification.Results:The raised urinary thioether output was attributable to occupational exposure to petroleum vapour.No significant difference was found in the amount of thioether excretion in regard to exposed level and sex.The output of urinary thioether in smokers was higher than in non smokers'.Conclusion:The thioether in urine may be a boimonitoring parameter for population exposed to electrophilic compounds.
