| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声诊断急性阑尾炎应用价值。方法采用线阵变频探头5．0～7．5MHz、6．0～10．0MHz结合凸阵变频探头2．6～5．0MHz对268例急性阑尾炎患采用逐级加压进行检查，观察结果与手术病理进行对照。结果急性阑尾炎超声诊断准确率为95．5％(256／268)，其中急性单纯性阑尾炎为93．7％(59／63)，急性化脓性阑尾炎为96％(192／200)，急性坏疽性阑尾炎为100％(5／5)。结论超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断有很高的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective This study was conducted to explore the role of ultrasonographic examinations in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods Ultrasonographic examinations with linear probe (5. 0 - 7. 5 MHz, 6. 0 - 10. 0 MHz) and convex probe (2. 6 - 5. 0 MHz) were performed in 268 patients with acute appendicitis via clinical diagnosis. The examination results were compared with surgery and pathology. Results The total accuracy rate for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis was 95- 5% (256/268) , with 93. 7% (59/63) in acute simple appendicitis, 96. 0% (192/200) in acute suppurative appendicitis and 100% (5/5) in acute gangrenous appendicitis. Conclusions Ultrasonography plays a very important and practical role in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. |
