静脉输液巡视单的改进

目的探讨完善护理资料的方法,以确保输液全过程安全有效,提高护理质量及患者满意度,提醒和防止患者或家属擅自加快或减慢滴数,警示医务人员注意患者的特殊用药反应和药量控制,有效地解决因输液引起的医患或护患纠纷.方法根据实际情况以病室为单位随机分为对照组和观察组,对2组患者静脉输液过程进行护理质量及患者满意度的调查,并使用X2检验等统计学方法分析所得资料.结果静脉输液质量及患者满意度方面有显著性差异（P＜0.05）;在要求加填“诊断”和单列“当日特殊药物及滴速要求”项目上60%～80%的患者表示赞同.结论静脉输液巡视单上加上诊断和单列当日特殊药物及滴速要求项目后,能够明显提高护理质量及输液安全性,并增加病人的满意度,使静脉输液巡视单成为更有效的护理资料和法律性文件.

Reflection and Improvement of Inspection Sheet of Vein Infusion

Objective To explore the method of perfecting nursing materials in order to guarantee the infusion security,improve nursing quality and patient's satisfaction,prevent patients or relatives change dripping drops without nurse's allowance,mention medical worker to notice special medicine,help to resolve bother caused by rapid infusion.Methods 100 patients were divided into two groups and investigated on nursing quality and patient's satisfaction.Then used statistics methods to analyze the(data.)Results There was significant difference between two groups in vein infusion quality and patient's satisfaction(P<0.05),and the difference was more notable in adding item of "diagnosis,special medicine or dripping rates requirements"(P<0.05).Conclusions Adding the item of "diagnosis,special medicine or dripping rates requirements" to vein infusion inspection sheet can improve the nursing quality and infusion security obviously and increase patient's satisfaction.
