| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究氟伐他汀的降脂疗效及其恢复内皮功能的心血管作用。方法 :67例高脂血症患者给予氟伐他汀40mg每晚 1次 ,治疗 6周 ,分别于治疗前、治疗 6周后检测血脂及血浆内皮素 1(ET 1) ,作统计学分析。结果 :氟伐他汀治疗 6周后血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDLC)、ET 1均明显下降 ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C)升高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :氟伐他汀有明显调脂作用 ,且具有恢复内皮功能 ,拮抗动脉粥样硬化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of fluvastatin on de creasing blood lipid level and recovering cardiovascular function of improving v ascular en dothelial cell function in patients with hypercholesterolemia.Methods:67 patients with hypercholesterolemia received fluvastatin 40mg qN,for 6 weeks .The levels of blood lipid and plasma endotheliolysin 1(ET-1) were detected pre tre atment and post treatment,with statisticed analysis.Results:The l evels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein ch olesterol (LDL c),ET 1 were significantly descended,but high density lipoprote in cholesterol (HDL-c) was significantly increased (P<0 05 or P<0 01). Conclusion:Fluvastatin has the effects of decreasing blood lipid leve ls and recovering the function of vascular endothelial cell,and suppressing the progression of atherosclerosis. |
