口腔粘膜鳞癌顺铂诱导化疗剂量与疗效关系的研究

目的 :探讨口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌顺铂诱导化疗剂量与疗效的关系。方法 :总结 1986～ 2 0 0 0年 6月间行计划性高剂量 (10 0～ 12 0mg/m2 )顺铂诱导化疗的 99例治疗经验。以同期非常规剂量 (5 0mg/m2 )的 2 7例作对比研究。结果 :高剂量组和对比组的近期疗效分别为 85 .85 % (85 / 99)和 5 5 .5 5 % (15 / 2 7) ,经统计学处理有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;毒副反应 (肾、血液和胃肠毒性 )本组实验的对照观察中均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :顺铂剂量和疗效之间呈正相关和正态剂量依赖关系 ,高剂量组的 10 0～ 12 0mg/m2 的剂量是合适和符合人体耐受的 ,毒副反应尚未影响到本疗法的临床应用

The correlation between the dose of the chemotherapy induced by cisplatin in oral squamons cell carcinoma and its curative effect.

Objective:To evaluate the correlation between the dose of chmotherapy induced by cisplatin in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its curative effect through studying the 126 cases with oral squamous cell carcinoma from 1986~2000.Methods:All 126 cases with squamous cell carcinoma were devided into two group,the experimental group (99 cases) and the control group (27 cases). The experimental group (99 case) were treated with chemotherapy by the planned high dose of cisplatin (100~120mg/m 2).The control group (27 cases) were not given the routine dose of cisplatin (50mg/m 2).Results:The short term curative effcet in the experimental group and the coutrol group was 85.85%(85/99) and 55.55% (15/27) respectively.There were sigificant difference in the short term curative effect between the experimental group and the control group ( P <0.01);There were no significant difterence in the side reaction and the toxic reaction of the kidney blood and gastrointestine( P >0.05).Conclusions:The correlation between the dose of cisplatin and its curative effect is the positive correlation and the nommal distribution.The high dose of 100mg/m 2 is adequate to bodys tolerance.
