摘    要:目的:建立检测痤疮露Ⅲ号中3种成分含量的方法。方法:在紫外分光光度法的基础上,建立多波长系数法测定替硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸的含量。结果:本方法可同时测定3种成分的含量。替硝唑、氯霉素及水杨酸的线性范围分别为3.96~11.88μg/ml(r=0.9 992)、4.12~12.36μg/ml(r=0.9 993)、4.0~12.0μg/ml(r=0.9 997);平均回收率分别为 98.39%、100.9%、100.4%;精密度分别为1.53%、1.09%、1.17%。结论:本方法用于测定光谱重叠严重的多种成分含量,方法简便、快捷,结果准确,适合医院制剂质量控制的需要。

Abstract:To establish a multiwavelength coefficient method to determine the three components in Acne Ⅲ. METHODS: On the basis of UV -- spectrophotometry, multiwavelength coefficient method was developed to simultaneously determine the contents of tinidazole, chloramphenicol and salicylic acid .RESULTS: The calibrating curves of tinidazole, chlo- ramphenicol and salicylic acid were linear in the ranges of 3.96~11.88μg/ ml(r=0.9 992), 4.12~12.36μg/ml (r=0.9 993) and 4.0~12.0μg/ml(r=0.9 997) with average recoveries of 98.39% (RSD=1.53%), 100.9% (RSD=1.09%) and 100.4% (RSD=1.17%), respectively .CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for determination of the con- tents of multi -- components with overlapping spectra, and it is suitable for the quality control of hospital preparations.
