| Abstract: | Twelve women with metastatic breast cancer were treated with continuous infusion high dose leucovorin, 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin. Toxicity was severe although the dose was lower than previously described for the treatment of other cancers, and there was little anti-tumor activity. Many other regimens are more effective and less toxic. |
