| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白内障患者行超声乳化加人工晶体植入手术过程中实施临床路径的效果。方法将104例患者按照住院号的单双号分为A组和B组，各52例。A组为实施临床路径组，B组采用传统的常规治疗护理。结果A组健康知识掌握情况和满意度显著高于B组（P〈0.05）；平均住院日、住院总费用明显低于B组（P〈0．05）。结论临床路径为整体护理提供了更有效的指导，白内障手术推行临床路径，可以提高患者满意度、缩短住院时间、减少住院费用，从而有利于护理质量的提高。
