| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨解剖钢板内固定洽疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效及手术技巧。方法 2000年1月—2003年1月使用解剖钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折43例,根据AO分型:A型14例,B型16例,C型13例。结果 术后随访6-18个月(平均12个月),所有病例均获得骨性愈合,功能评价根据Ovadia评分:优32例,良6例,可4例,差1例。优良率88.37％。结论 解剖型钢板紧密贴合胫骨下段的骨骼形态,可使胫骨远端骨折达到解剖复位和牢固的内固定,是治疗胫骨远端骨折理想的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investage the curative effect and surgical skill of tibial plafond fracture byanatomic plate. Methods From January 2000 to January 2003, 43 cases of tibial plafond fracture were treatedwith anatomic plate. Acooroding to AO Callsification, type A 14 cases, type B 16 cases, type C 13 cases. ResultsAll cases were followed up for 6-18 months (average 12 months), All cases had recover with good healing ofthe fracture, 32 cases were the excellent, 6cases were the better,4 cases were the poor, lcasas were bad in Ova-dia's criterion. Excellent rate was 88.37%. Conclusions: Amatomic plate joint distal tibia perfectly, It is easierto obtin anatomic reduction and rigid fixation. It is a perfect choice of tibial plafond fracture. |
