青少年外伤性腰椎间盘突出症8例治疗分析

目的:探讨青少年外伤性腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点及手术治疗效果。方法:分析8例14~18岁外伤性腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状、体征、影像学资料。8例均后路手术,椎板间开窗入路椎间盘摘除术5例,半椎板切除术3例。结果:随访1~6年,优6例,良1例,可1例。结论:青少年外伤性腰椎间盘突出症临床特点为明显腰部外伤后发病,临床特征突出;CT、MR I可明确诊断;手术是理想的治疗方法,术式以椎板间开窗为宜。

Surgical treatment of traumatic lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse in the teenagers:A report of 8 cases
