梅花针联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者的临床效果及安全性

目的分析梅花针联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者的临床效果及安全性。方法将100例带状疱疹患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,阿昔洛韦)与试验组(50例,梅花针联合阿昔洛韦)。比较两组的临床效果。结果试验组的瘙痒缓解时间、退热时间、皮疹结痂时间、止疱时间及脱痂时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分及中医症状评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论梅花针联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者的临床效果显著,有助于促进患者皮疹改善,缓解疼痛程度及中医症状,提高治疗安全性。

Clinical effect and safety of plum blossom needle combined with acyclovir in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of plum blossom needle combined with acyclovir in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster.Methods A total of 100 patients with herpes zoster were divided into control group(50 cases,acyclovir)and experimental group(50 cases,plum blossom needle combined with acyclovir)by random number table method.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The itch relief time,antipyretic time,scab forming time,blister stopping time and scab removing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and TCM symptom score in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Plum blossom needle combined with acyclovir in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster has significant clinical effect,which is helpful to promote the improvement of skin rash,relieve pain and TCM symptoms,and improve the safety of treatment.
