The guiding value of creatine kinase detection in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases

Objective To explore the guiding value of creatine kinase(CK)detection in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as observation group,100 healthy volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group.According to the random number table method,patients with coronary heart disease were divided into group A(75 cases)and group B(75 cases).The patients in the group A were given drug treatment after angina pectoris,while the patients in the group B were given drug treatment immediately when they had elevated CK level but without angina pectoris.The levels of myocardial enzymes and blood lipids in the observation group and the control group were compared;the clinical efficacy,TIMI blood flow classification,myocardial enzymes and blood lipids in the group A and the group B were compared.Results The levels of CK,CK-MB,TC and TG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was 96.00%,which was higher than 85.33%in the group A(P<0.05).The proportion of grade 3 blood flow in the group B was higher than that in the group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CK,CK-MB,TC and TG in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the group B were lower than the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion CK can play an auxiliary role in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.It can treat patients with coronary heart disease according to the increase of CK in clinic,so as to improve the prognosis of patients.
