摘    要:传统推拿疗法是治疗颈椎病的重要方式,以挤压摆动类、拔伸牵引类、运动关节类等手法作用于颈部肌群发挥生物力学作用,能很大程度上减轻患者的临床症状,改善患者体征,减轻局部肌肉水肿、痉挛、炎症,恢复颈椎关节力学稳定。目前,推拿手法治疗颈椎病相关颈部肌群的生物力学研究逐渐深入,但受主客观因素影响,对不同推拿手法力度、频率与时间的研究缺乏系统性,尚未形成客观、统一的标准。今后需详细记录每一种推拿手法的生物力学参数,对不同部位的手法操作进行规范,从软组织形变与力学角度、力度、频率等方面深入探究,并引入计算机有限元方法,进一步完善推拿手法,明确其作用原理。

Abstract:Traditional massage therapy is an important way for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.It can reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the physical signs,relieve local muscle swelling,spasm and inflammation,and restore the mechanical stability of cervical joints by squeezing and swinging,pulling and stretching,and moving joints.At present,the biomechanical research of cervical muscle group related to cervical spondylosis treated by massage is gradually deepening.However,due to the influence of subjective and objective factors,the research on the strength,frequency and time of different massage manipulations is lack of systematicness,and has not yet formed an objective and unified standard.In the future,it is necessary to record the biomechanical parameters of each manipulation in detail,standardize the manipulation of different parts,deeply explore the soft tissue deformation and mechanical angle,strength,frequency and other aspects,and introduce the computer finite element method to further improve the manipulation and clarify its action principle.
