维格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果

目的探讨维格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法将2018年2月至2020年2月收治的90例T2DM患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组采用阿卡波糖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用维格列汀。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的MAGE、SDBG、LAGE、MPPGE均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组的hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,GIP、GLP-1、FCP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗T2DM可控制血糖波动幅度,减轻机体炎症反应,提高肠源性激素水平,疗效确切。

Effect of vildagliptin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the effect of vildagliptin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 90 patients with T2DM admitted from February 2018 to February 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose,and the observation group was treated with vildagliptin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of teratment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).MAGE,SDBG,LAGE and MPPGE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of GIP,GLP-1 and FCP were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vigliptin combined with acarbose in the treatment of T2DM can control the fluctuation of blood glucose,reduce the body's inflammatory response,increase the levels of intestinal hormones,and has definite effect.
