Clinical effect of terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia.Methods A total of 96 children with asthmatic pneumonia admitted in pediatrics of our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment plan,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given terbutaline sulfate aerosol on the basis of conventional treatment,and the study group was given budesonide inhalation suspension on the basis of the control group.The lung function indexes,clinical symptoms and signs disappearance time,serum inflammatory factor levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,wheezing,shortness of breath,pulmonary wheezing and pulmonary moist rales in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-5,IL-6,IL-8,IFN-γand TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than 81.25%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the lung function and clinical symptoms and signs of children,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
