细节管理对新生儿病房感控质量的影响

目的探讨细节管理对新生儿病房感控质量的影响。方法选取我院新生儿科2018年3月至2020年3月接收的1 000例新生儿作为研究对象,按入院时间将其分为对照组和观察组,各500例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取细节管理护理,比较两组干预期间的新生儿医院感染发生率、各物品卫生检测阳性率以及新生儿家长护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组新生儿医院感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在观察期间各项卫生检查阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节管理对新生儿病房的感控效果显著,能有效降低新生儿医院感染发生率及各项卫生检测阳性率,提高新生儿家长的护理满意度。

Influence of detail management on quality of infection control in neonatal ward

Objective To explore the influence of detail management on the quality of infection control in neonatal ward.Methods A total of 1000 newborns admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to admission time,with 500 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detail management nursing.The incidence of hospital infection,positive rate of sanitary inspection for various articles and nursing satisfaction of neonatal parents were compared between the two groups during the intervention period.Results After intervention,the incidence of neonatal hospital infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the positive rates of sanitary inspection in the observation group during the observation period were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of neonatal parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail management on infection control in neonatal ward has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal hospital infection and the positive rates of sanitary inspection,and improve the nursing satisfaction of neonatal parents.
