PBL结合临床路径教学在普外科临床护理带教中的应用效果

摘    要:目的探讨PBL结合临床路径教学在普外科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2019年1月在该院普外科实习的临床实习生108名,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各54名。对照组采用传统教学方法,研究组采用PBL结合临床路径教学方法。比较两组实习生对教学方法的满意度评分;比较两组实习生批判性思维能力及综合能力测试成绩。结果研究组教学方法总满意度(94.44%)高于对照组(81.48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学结束后,研究组实习生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题、沟通能力及求知欲各项批判性思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生综合能力测试平均成绩(16.38±2.24)分高于对照组(11.27±2.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科临床实习教学中采用PBL结合临床路径教学法能满足现代护理教学要求,能提高实习生批判性思维能力,并能显著提升实习生理论知识水平及实践操作能力,值得在普外科临床护理带教中推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with clinical path teaching in general surgery clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 108 clinical interns who were internships in general surgery in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group with 54 cases each using a random number table method.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the study group used PBL combined with clinical pathway teaching methods.Compared the satisfaction ratings of the two groups of interns on teaching methods;compared the critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability test scores of the two groups of interns.Results The total satisfaction with teaching methods of the study group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(81.48%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the teaching,the critical thinking ability scores of the interns in the compared group for discovering problems,analyzing problems,solving problems,communication skills,and thirst for knowledge were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of the interns in the study group on the comprehensive ability test(16.38±2.24)points was higher than that of the control group(11.27±2.65)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL combined with clinical path teaching in general surgery clinical practice teaching can meet the requirements of modern nursing teaching,improve the critical thinking ability of the trainees,and significantly improve the theoretical knowledge level and practical operation ability of the trainees.It is worthwhile in general surgery promotion and application in clinical nursing teaching.
