“健康中国”背景下基层药师心理健康状况及影响因素研究

目的调查基层药师心理健康状况及影响因素,以其为“健康中国2030”背景下基层药师的心理健康干预和疏导提供科学依据。方法于2020年4月,采用方便抽样和滚雪球抽样对南京市江宁区基层药师进行网络问卷调查,共获得有效问卷89份。对数据进行统计学分析。结果基层药师的SCL-90总因子得分为(1.55±0.46)分,心理健康异常检出率为32.58%。基层药师的强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性及寝食状态等6个因子得分均高于2015年全国常模人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性的心理异常检出率(40.74%)高于男性(20.20%),大专及以下学历者心理异常检出率(41.51%)高于本科学历者(19.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基层药师心理健康在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性及寝食状态等方面比常规人群严重,其中女性和学历较低的药师心理健康异常率较高。

Research on Mental Health Status and Influencing Factors of Grassroots Pharmacists under the Background of"Healthy China"

Objective To investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of grassroots pharmacists,and use it to provide a scientific basis for mental health intervention and guidance of grassroots pharmacists under the background of"Healthy China 2030".Methods From April 2020,convenience sampling and snowball sampling were used to conduct a network questionnaire survey of grassroots pharmacists in Jiangning District,Nanjing,and 89 valid questionnaires were obtained.The data were analyzed statistically.Results The total factor score of SCL-90 of primary pharmacists was(1.55±0.46)points,and the detection rate of abnormal mental health was 32.58%.The scores of the six factors of compulsiveness,depression,anxiety,phobia,psychosis,and sleeping and eating status of primary pharmacists were higher than those of the national norm population in 2015,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of psychological abnormalities in women(40.74%)was higher than that of men(20.20%),and the detection rate of psychological abnormalities in those with a college degree or below(41.51%)was higher than that of those with a bachelor degree(19.44%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health of grassroots pharmacists is more serious than that of the conventional population in terms of compulsion,depression,anxiety,phobia,psychosis,and sleeping and eating status.Among them,women and pharmacists with lower education background have a higher rate of abnormal mental health.
