基于“心病治肺”浅谈慢性心力衰竭的治疗

心肺疾病常相互影响,肺虚则宗气虚,百脉皆瘀;肺失宣降则水瘀胶结、闭阻脉络、血瘀水停,逐渐形成慢性心力衰竭。慢性心力衰竭的治疗要将治肺贯穿始终,注重活血与益气并用,使补气而不壅中,攻伐而不伤正,破中有补、补中有行,通过"升补宗气,运化水瘀"恢复肺主气功能;通过"泻肺逐水,去宛陈莝,以利顽疾"使水邪有出路;通过"宣肺平喘,以畅气机,通血脉"畅通气血,恢复心主血脉的功能。
