捻转补泻源流及其临床意义

摘    要:捻转补泻是针刺手法的一种,其流派众多,有以左转、右转分补泻;以性别分补泻;以体位和刺手不同分补泻;以经络循行方向分补泻;以阴阳属性分补泻;以刺激量大小分补泻等。捻转补泻效果受捻转方向、刺激量、针刺穴位等多种因素影响,若拇指向前用力,捻转角度小、用力轻、频率慢,操作时间短为补法;拇指向后用力,捻转角度大、用力重、频率快,操作时间长者为泻法;选取偏补的穴位,补的作用强;以泻为主的穴位,泻的效果明显。

Abstract:Reinforcing-reducing method by twirling is a kind of acupuncture technique,which has many schools.There are left and right twirling to geinforce or reduce,gender to reinforce or reduce,according to different body position and needle-holding hand to reinforce or reduce,according to the direction of meridian and collaterals to reinforce or reduce,according to yin and yang attributes to reinforce or reduce,according to yin and yang the amount of stimulation to reinforce or reduce and so on.The effect of twirling to reinforce or reduce is affected by many factors such as twirling direction,stimulation amount,acupuncture acupoints,etc.If the thumb is forced forward,the twirling angle is small,the force is light,the frequency is slow,and the operation time is short,it is reinforcing method.If the thumb is forced backward,the twist angle is large,the force is heavy,the frequency is fast,and the operation time is long,it is reducing method.Selecting acupoints that are partial to reinforcing have a strong reinforcing effect,and acupuncture points that are dominated by reducing have a strong reducing effect.
