护理质量敏感指标监测在预防新生儿外周静脉输液外渗中的应用

目的：分析护理质量敏感指标监测在新生儿外周静脉输液外渗预防治疗中的有效性。方法：将本院新生儿科2021年4月-2022年3月期间收治的实施外周静脉输液治疗的新生儿413例作为此次观察对象,按照入院时间先后顺利的分组原则将其分成对照组(n=216)及观察组(n=197),分别为两组患儿开展常规的护理干预和护理质量敏感指标监测,比较两组新生儿的护理效果。结果：观察组新生儿家属的护理满意度(99.49%)高于对照组(96.30%),两组相比：P=0.026；观察组的护理质量评分相对于对照组更高(P=0.000),观察组的外周静脉输液外渗发生率(6.09%)相对于对照组(18.06%)更低,P=0.000。结论：在新生儿科护理工作中通过护理质量敏感指标监测能最大程度上减少和预防外周静脉输液外渗的发生,减少外渗,提高护理工作质量,对于改善新生儿输液效果和预后的影响十分明显。

Application of monitoring sensitive indicators of nursing quality in preventing extravasation of neonatal peripheral intravenous infusion

Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of monitoring the sensitive indicators of nursing quality in the prevention and treatment of extravasation of peripheral vein transfusion in neonates. Methods: A total of 413 neonates who were treated with peripheral intravenous infusion in the Department of Neonatology of our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects. According to the grouping principle of smooth admission time, they were divided into the control group (n=216) and the observation group (n=197). Carry out routine nursing intervention and monitoring of sensitive indicators of nursing quality for the two groups of children, and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of newborns. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the family members of newborns in the observation group (99.49%) was higher than that in the control group (96.30%), P=0.026; The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P=0.000), and the incidence of peripheral venous infusion extravasation in the observation group (6.09%) was lower than that in the control group (18.06%), P=0.000.Conclusion: The monitoring of sensitive indicators of nursing quality can minimize and prevent the occurrence of peripheral venous infusion extravasation, reduce extravasation, improve the quality of nursing work, and have a significant impact on the improvement of neonatal infusion effect and prognosis.
