以创新方式提高医院医疗废物追溯管控水平

目的按照国家卫健委等部门关于医疗机构废弃物综合治理的工作要求,结合医院实际情况,以创新的方式加强医疗机构医疗废物追溯管理,实现医疗废物“看得见、摸得着、管得住”的核心目标。方法通过信息化追溯系统和智能收集终端,建立完善的医疗废物追溯管控体系,全面加强医院医疗废物的监管,规范医疗废物管理工作人员的行为,全过程跟踪医疗废物从产生、分类、收集、交接、转运、贮存和清运交接的整个流程。结果医疗废物追溯管控体系实现了医疗废物的实时监控和预警管理,减低了院感风险,提高了收集效率,降低了工作难度,规范了工作人员的行为模式,提升了医院医疗废物追溯的整体管控水平。结论医疗废物的信息化管控是医疗机构运营管理的重要方面,也是全面推进智慧医院建设的重要环节。

Objective In accordance with the requirements of the National Health Commission and other departments on the comprehensive treatment of waste in medical institutions,combined with the actual situation of the hospital,the retrospective management of medical waste in medical institutions is strengthened in an innovative way,so that medical waste is"visible and tangible,and manageable".Methods Through the information traceability system and intelligent collection terminals,establish a complete medical waste traceability control system,comprehensively strengthen the supervision of hospital medical waste,standardize the behavior of medical waste management of staff,and track the whole process of medical waste from generation,classification,collection,handover,transshipment,storage,and transfer.Results The medical waste retrospective management and control system realized real-time monitoring and early warning management of medical waste,reduced hospital risk,improved collection efficiency,reduced work difficulty,standardized staff behavior,and improved the overall management and control of hospital medical waste retrospective level.Conclusion The informatization management and control of medical waste is an important aspect of the operation and management of medical institutions,and it is also an important link to comprehensively promote the construction of smart hospitals.
