基于雨课堂的混合式教学法在病理生理学课程中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式在病理生理学教学中的应用及其效果。方法采用实验对照方法。2018年3月—2019年7月选取右江民族医学院2016级和2017级5年制预防医学专业204名学生为研究对象。实验组学生采用基于雨课堂的混合教学模式。对照组学生采用传统的理论教学模式。比较两组学生考试成绩,问卷调查学生对教学模式的评价和临床思维能力。结果实验组学生的期末考试总平均分和主观题得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,增加学习兴趣、利于知识掌握和培养自主学习能力3个方面的评价优势明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的临床思维能力总评分及3个维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病理生理学教学中,基于雨课堂的混合教学模式优于传统授课模式。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application and effect of the mixed teaching model based on Rain Classroom in pathophysiology teaching.Methods The experimental control method was adopted.From March 2018 to July 2019,204 students from the 2016 and 2017 five-year preventive medicine majors of Youjiang National Medical College were selected as the research objects.The students in the experimental group adopted a mixed teaching model based on the rain classroom.The students in the control group adopted the traditional theoretical teaching mode.The test scores of the two groups of students were compared,and the students'evaluation of the teaching mode and clinical thinking ability were investigated by questionnaires.Results The total average score of the final exam and the scores of subjective questions of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the evaluation advantages of increasing learning interest,facilitating knowledge acquisition and cultivating autonomous learning ability were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total score of clinical thinking ability and the scores of three dimensions of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of pathophysiology,the mixed teaching model based on the rain classroom is better than the traditional teaching model.
