综合性护理在重症颅脑损伤患者术后的价值

目的 分析重症颅脑损伤患者术后护理中应用综合性护理的作用。方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 10 月本院收治的 60 例重症颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象。按照双盲对照原则进行分组,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各 30 例。术后护理中, 对照组实施基础护理,观察组采用综合性护理。分析对比两组的平均住院时间、重症加强护理病房时间、术后并发症、护理认 可度。结果 观察组的平均住院时间和重症加强护理病房时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于 对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的护理认可度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在重症颅脑损伤患者术后护理中应用综合性护理,能 加快患者的康复、减少术后并发症、提高患者亲属的护理认可度。

Value of comprehensive nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury after surgery

Objective: To study and analyze the role of comprehensive nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with severe craniocerebral injury, in order to help nurses improve the follow-up work to provide new ideas. Methods: The study began in January 2020 and ended in October 2022. 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were studied. In this experiment, 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were all treated with surgical treatment. The double-blind control principle was used as the grouping basis for the selected patients in this experiment. The researchers implemented basic nursing in the postoperative care of patients in the reference group and applied comprehensive nursing to the nursing care of patients in the observation group. The average length of hospital stay, ICU time, postoperative complications, and the degree of care recognition of patients" relatives were recorded and compared between the two groups.
