叶酸结合蛋白1、间皮素在卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义

目的分析叶酸结合蛋白1(FOLR1)、间皮素(MSLN)在卵巢癌组织中表达的变化及临床病理意义。方法回顾性分析2014年7月至2019年9月西平县人民医院收治的90例卵巢癌患者的临床资料,收集术后切除的癌组织制成标本,同时选择交界性卵巢肿瘤组织标本15例、正常卵巢组织标本30例作为对照。采用免疫组化染色检测并比较分析FOLR1、MSLN在不同卵巢组织中的表达,同时分析FOLR1、MSLN蛋白表达与卵巢癌临床病理参数的关系。结果卵巢癌组织中FOLR1、MSLN蛋白的阳性率分别为86.67%、61.11%,明显高于交界性卵巢肿瘤组织(6.67%、13.33%)、正常卵巢(3.33%、0.00%),差异均有统计学意义(χ²=84.053,P<0.001;χ²=40.218,P<0.001)。卵巢癌组织中FOLR1蛋白表达与其临床分期关系密切(χ²=18.281,P<0.001);卵巢癌组织中MSLN蛋白表达与其临床分期、淋巴结转移关系密切(χ²=11.314,P=0.001;χ²=6.800,P=0.009)。结论FOLR1、MSLN蛋白表达与卵巢癌病情进展关系密切,检测FOLR1、MSLN蛋白表达可用于卵巢癌的治疗及预后评估。

Expression and clinicopathological significance of folate binding protein 1 and mesothelin in the ovarian cancer

Objective To analyze the expression and clinicopathological significance of folate binding protein 1(FOLR1)and mesothelin(MSLN)in the ovarian cancer.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with ovarian cancer who were received by our hospital from July 2014 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,the postoperative cancer tissue specimens were collected.At the same time,30 cases of normal ovarian tissue specimens and 15 cases of borderline ovarian tumor tissue specimens were selected as the controls.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of FOLR1 and MSLN in the different ovarian tissues,and the relationship between FOLR1 or MSLN and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results The positive rates of FOLR1 and MSLN in the ovarian cancer(86.67%and 61.11%)were significantly higher than those in the borderline ovarian tumor(6.67%and 13.33%)and the normal ovary(3.33%and 0.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=84.053,P<0.001;χ²=40.218,P<0.001).The expression of FOLR1 in the ovarian cancer was related with clinical staging(χ²=18.281,P<0.001),and the expression of MSLN in the ovarian cancer was related with clinical staging and lymphatic metastasis(χ²=11.314,P=0.001;χ²=6.800,P=0.009).Conclusion The expression of FOLR1 and MSLN are correlated with the disease progression of ovarian cancer,and detecting the protein expression of FOLR1 and MSLN can be used to evaluate the treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
