| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨坎地沙坦对冠心病心力衰竭患者心室重塑及心功能的影响。方法:将100例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,在常规应用强心剂、利尿剂、静脉扩张剂的基础上,对照组加用卡托普利治疗,治疗组用坎地沙坦取代卡托普利治疗,其它治疗2组相同。均从小剂量开始,逐渐递增至目标剂量,疗程12个月。比较组内治疗前后、治疗后两组临床疗效、左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、室间隔厚度左心室后壁厚度及心胸比例。结果:2组治疗后临床有效率和左室重塑及心功能指标改善程度较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗后2组除LVESD外(P<0.05),其余各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坎地沙坦能改善冠心病心力衰竭患者的心功能,并能逆转心室重塑。
